Job Title: HR Operations Executive
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR administration, documentation, compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
- Maintain HR databases and generate MIS reports.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
