Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Improve client satisfaction by implementing streamline banking process and enhance customer service.
2. Follow up with banker for file login and disbursement of Home Loan Maintain MIS.
3. Analyze project revenue Check eligibility of customer and suggest suitable loan on basis of customer profile.
4. Handle customer complaint and take appropriate action to resolve them.
5. Co-ordinate with internal department for legal and necessary documents required by bank Approach banker for attractive scheme for project to improve sales.
Preferred Background:
Home loan experience in a Bank, NBFC, DSA or Real Estate
Candidates with a Real Estate background and home loan expertise are welcomed
