Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates who are fluent in Tamil or Malayalam to manage customer enquiries from Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling customer interactions, and be willing to learn CRM-based sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Manage and respond to enquiries received from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Explain OWL Techno products to prospective customers in Tamil, Malayalam, or English.
- Qualify enquiries and convert them into sales leads.
- Prepare and send quotations using the company's CRM system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales communication.
- Achieve enquiry response and lead conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to learn CRM software quickly.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales Coordination, CRM, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates who can speak Tamil + English or Malayalam + English.
- Experience handling customer enquiries or social media accounts is preferred.
- Candidates interested in agriculture, technology, or startups will have an added advantage.
