The Healer Foundation is looking for a kind, caring, and dedicated Community Social Worker to serve the community and distribute basic needs such as food, rice, and essential supplies to people in need. - Relief Distribution: Hand out food, rice, and essential supplies to vulnerable individuals and families in the local area.
- Community Outreach: Assess the needs of local families and identify the resources required to best support them.
- Counseling & Motivation: Talk to people kindly, listen to their hardships, and provide emotional support and encouragement.
- Event Support: Help organize and manage community food drives and charitable events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with The Healer Foundation team to expand our outreach and help as many people as possible.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A passion for community service, charity, and social welfare.
- Patient, empathetic, and possess excellent communication and listening skills.
- Prior experience in NGOs, community service, or social work is a plus but not strictly required.
- Any educational degree is accepted.
