- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives
- Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively
- Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary
- Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols apply to a production process and addressing quality-related issues that may arise
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule
Pay: ₹10,302.77 - ₹34,160.68 per month
