Job Summary
GTPL is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and qualify potential business opportunities for Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and outbound prospecting to support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Business Development team.
- Prospect enterprise clients for ERP, Custom Software, HRMS, and IT Services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Track lead conversion metrics and prepare MIS reports.
- Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
