What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Implement and manage the processes for the setup of inventory structure to support stocking, tracking, and inventory replenishment, accounting for write offs and inventory.
What are we looking for? Education- BCOM/MCOM/ CMA- Inter/ CA- Inter ERP / any certification required- SAP / SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine or reconciliation tools Commerce graduate with 7+ years of experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting operations Exposure to Retail industry processes and operations is desirable and will be considered an added advantage Deep RTR knowledge covering GL reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, consolidation support, journal processing, financial reporting and month-end / quarter-end / year-end close Team supervision, work allocation, coaching support and performance governance Ownership of SLA/KPI performance, operational reporting, escalation management and stakeholder communication Strong analytical, interpretation, presentation, decision-making and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement, transformation mindset, process control and compliance ownership SAP / Oracle / BlackLine or reconciliation tool knowledge Automation / macro / mini-bot / process improvement exposure Experience in handling critical escalations and client governance Project finance exposure would be an added advantage Advanced Excel / Access / reporting query exposure
