Role: MEP BIM Modeler
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience Level: Fresher
Qualification: Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating Revit MEP models for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the integration and coordination of Architectural, Structural, and MEP models to maintain accurate and coordinated BIM outputs.
- Prepare basic layouts, shop drawings, schedules, and model documentation based on design inputs and project requirements.
- Assist in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination tools.
- Follow BIM Execution Standards, modeling guidelines, LOD requirements, and project-specific standards.
- Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Design Engineers, and Project Managers to understand design requirements and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
- Maintain model accuracy, drawing revisions, file organization, and submission records as per company procedures.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Must have completed certification training in BIM Modelling
- Solid knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100–500) is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
