- Conduct thorough fact-checking to verify information accuracy and credibility
- Edit content for clarity, coherence, and flow while maintaining the original voice and intent of the author
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, editorial guidelines, and target audience needs
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Proven experience as a content editor or copy editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills across various formats
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively with writers
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and precision in language use
- Experience in market research, or copywriting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is a plus
