Marketplace Operations
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and inventory information.
- Monitor listing quality and resolve catalog-related issues.
Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels across multiple marketplaces.
- Update stock regularly to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Maintain inventory records and reports.
Order Processing
- Monitor daily orders and shipment status.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment-related issues.
- Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO orders.
Customer Support & Account Health
- Respond to customer queries and marketplace tickets.
- Maintain seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
- Prepare weekly performance updates.
- Use Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Support management with operational insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of E-Commerce Operations experience preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
- Exposure to Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Seller Panel will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
