JOB SUMMARY
SourceCatch Konnect Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company's branding, marketing, recruitment, and business objectives. The candidate should possess strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs based on project requirements.
- Design visually appealing marketing and promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines.
- Social Media Creative Design
- Design posts, stories, banners, cover images, and promotional creatives for social media platforms.
- Create engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Design creatives for social media campaigns, festivals, events, and promotional activities.
- Branding & Corporate Communication
- Design company profiles, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, standees, posters, and marketing collateral.
- Create and maintain brand identity materials.
- Develop branding assets for internal and external communication.
- Website & Digital Media Design
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, icons, and web elements.
- Create visual assets for websites and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
- Recruitment & Employer Branding Creatives
- Design job advertisements, hiring posters, walk-in interview creatives, and recruitment campaign materials.
- Create employer branding content to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Presentation & Documentation Design
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks.
- Design infographics, charts, and data visualization materials.
- Prepare visually engaging reports and corporate documents.
- Video & Motion Graphics Support
- Create thumbnails, promotional graphics, and video assets.
- Perform basic video editing and motion graphics tasks when required.
- Assist in creating visual content for digital campaigns.
- Print Media & Production Support
- Prepare print-ready artwork for brochures, banners, hoardings, visiting cards, and promotional materials.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, color formats, and print specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing requirements when necessary.
- Design Quality & Asset Management
- Review and proof designs before final submission.
- Maintain organized design files and digital assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
