The Purchase & Store Executive at Rock Industries oversees the entire supply chain, ensuring that raw materials, spare parts, machinery, and consumables are procured cost-effectively and stored securely. You will bridge the gap between procurement and warehousing to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to optimize costs.
- Purchase Orders: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and track delivery timelines to prevent operational delays.
- Material Forecasting: Collaborate with plant and maintenance teams to forecast supply needs and ensure a continuous flow of materials.
- Price & Quality Compliance: Conduct market surveys and verify that all received goods meet Rock Industries’ strict quality and safety standards
