Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers and experienced for the role of Senior voice calling Officer to handle financial service processes for HDB Financial Services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with existing and potential customers to introduce HDB Financial products and services.
Guide customers through the loan/financial service application process.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving monthly performance targets.
Address customer queries, handle objections, and follow up effectively to close leads.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
