What this job involves:
Serve as the single point of contact for all EHS-related matters at the site or region.
Ensure compliance with JLL’s safety-first culture and regulatory requirements.
Drive safety awareness and implement risk-reduction initiatives.
Coordinate safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Organize and deliver safety training sessions.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies on EHS matters.
Maintain documentation and prepare reports on EHS performance.
Promote a culture of safety and advocate for continuous improvement.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and undertake internal audits within country and assisting with external audits.
Identifying and progressing improvement initiatives.
Developing, reviewing, updating and delivering EHS related training materials
Developing, reviewing and updating key documentation within the EHS
Liaising with and supporting key stakeholders in the business
Conducting management review activities as required by ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001
Providing support in the carbon data collection program via analyzing the carbon footprint and
liaising with the carbon accounting team and on-site local stakeholders
Analyzing various risks and issues at country level, prepare the action plan and assist in execution.
Keeping track of country regulations and training point of contacts on it.
Training stakeholders, clients, sustainability board and staff.
Supporting management with relevant data and stats on Carbon emissions.
Setting up Action plan to meet the objectives and targets
Key Skills and knowledge:
Certified with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018- mandatory
Educational qualifications:
Master degree in
Engineering Degree in Environmental Engineering / Industrial Safety with BPO or similar organization
