We are looking for an experienced Assembly Process Monitor – Quality with strong knowledge in Refrigerator & Air Conditioner manufacturing. The candidate will ensure quality standards across assembly processes and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain QMS (ISO 9001) for refrigeration manufacturing
- Perform testing & validation of HVAC systems, compressors & circuits
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using FMEA, 5 Whys & Fishbone
- Manage supplier quality, audits & incoming material inspection
- Monitor production using Stastical Process Control & First Pass Yield metrics
- Maintain quality documentation (SOPs, Inspection reports, control plans)
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Refrigerator & Air Conditioner industry)
