- Prepare variety of continental dishes (pastas, sandwiches, grills, salads, breakfast items, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Assist in menu planning and introduce new recipes
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food quality and minimize wastage
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
