Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Interact with prospective students and parents through phone calls, video meetings, email, and WhatsApp. Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Collect, verify, and manage student documents required for university applications.
- Shortlist suitable universities and courses based on students' academic profiles and career goals.
- Assist students throughout the university admission process.
- Guide students through the student visa application process.
- Prepare CV’s, SOP’s and Letters of Motivation (LOM’s).
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with students regularly.
- Manage student communication through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling, Study Abroad Consulting, University Admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).
- Fluency in Hindi speaking (Mandatory). Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, online applications and CRM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Experience preparing CVs, SOPs, or Letters of Motivation will be an added advantage.
