Key Responsibilities
- Interact with potential US clients through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend website development and digital marketing solutions.
- Explain company services and address client queries professionally.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in International Sales, Website Sales, Telesales, or Voice Process is an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
