Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins
- Contact and follow up with healthcare professionals interested in DHA and Prometric coaching
- Explain coaching programs, documentation support, and admission procedures professionally
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales communication
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM or lead sheets regularly
- Coordinate with the academic and documentation team for student onboarding
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, admissions, counselling, or lead conversion
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Experience in WhatsApp sales, Instagram lead handling, or education consulting is preferred
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Confident personality with strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Google Sheets is an advantage
- Healthcare education, overseas education, or recruitment experience is highly preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
