MedPlus is one of India's leading pharmacy retail chains, operating thousands of stores across the country. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR professional to support our retail expansion and workforce management in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, Delivery Associates, and Store Staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local recruitment drives.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Visit MedPlus stores regularly to support HR operations..
- Coordinate with Training, Operations, and Regional HR teams.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Resolve basic employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Ensure timely manpower availability for assigned locations.
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and placement consultants for hiring.
Eligibility
- MBA candidates with 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience are preferred.
- Experience in retail recruitment is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and sourcing abilities.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to travel extensively within Coimbatore and nearby locations.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel across assigned retail locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil and English;

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
