- Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning).
- Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
- Assist CDP and Sous Chef during food preparation and service.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow FIFO, FEFO, and food storage procedures.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Report equipment faults or maintenance issues immediately.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost awareness.
- Support stock receiving and inventory checks.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen sections.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting chef.
Pay: ₹20,010.93 - ₹28,088.21 per month
