Overview: The Senior Project Head will lead end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control. This role requires strong coordination between clients, design teams, vendors, and site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple interior projects from concept to handover
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants
Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution plans
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement activities
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of materials and work
Handle project risks, delays, and resolve site-level issues
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Prepare and present project status reports to management
Required Skills:
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client handling ability
Deep knowledge of interior execution, materials, and finishes
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design & Architecture
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Experience:
10+ years in interior project execution
Minimum 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role
Experience in residential & commercial interior project
