Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting operations for multiple companies
- Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and vendor records
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government departments
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and management reports
- Verify invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
- Manage payroll-related accounting entries
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance requirements
- Organize and maintain digital accounting records and documentation
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team.
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective credit and collection policies.
- Review aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce overdue receivables.
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies with customers.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Excellent computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy or QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
