We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Motion Artist to join our in-house creative team and contribute to building engaging visual content for our brand and marketing initiatives.
*Job Summary*
The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content, creating engaging motion graphics, and delivering visually impactful videos across social media, advertisements, websites, and other marketing platforms. The candidate should have strong storytelling skills, creative vision, and hands-on expertise in video editing and motion design.
*Key Responsibilities*
Edit and transform raw footage into engaging, professional-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing activities.
Create motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Handle green-screen footage editing, compositing, and visual effects to achieve professional output.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver content aligned with brand objectives.
Analyze scripts, storyboards, and raw footage to develop effective visual storytelling approaches.
Maintain video continuity, pacing, flow, and overall visual appeal.
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, and other elements to enhance audience engagement.
Create rough cuts, final edits, and implement feedback from internal stakeholders.
Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI tools, motion design techniques, and industry best practices.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
3–4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Artist, or similar role.
Mandatory expertise in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Media Encoder
Adobe Audition
Strong understanding of:
Video formats and codecs
Color correction and grading
Audio editing
Green-screen editing and compositing
Visual effects
Excellent understanding of storytelling, video pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with teams.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
Must have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.
*Education Qualification*
Graduate in any discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Animation, Fine Arts, Mass Media, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
