About the Role
Ganexa Media is looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, and visual content, along with a good knowledge of music and the music industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for music, artists, social media, and digital platforms
- Create engaging and visually compelling content from raw footage
- Sync video with music, beats, and audio effectively
- Add transitions, effects, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics where required
- Understand the mood, rhythm, and storytelling requirements of different music projects
- Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality content on time
- Adapt videos for different social media and digital formats
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of music is mandatory
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Good understanding of editing techniques, pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio synchronization
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
- A good eye for visual storytelling and current content trends
Preferred
- Experience working with music artists, labels, music videos, or entertainment brands
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
