This role is a combination of Logistics coordination as well as coordinating for sales orders fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing orders received, and process the same with accuracy
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across India
- Negotiating and finalizing transporter contracts and commercials
- Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., production, sales, distribution) to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Computer literacy- MS Excel, Word, Email (mandatory)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Data Management
- 2+ years in coordination for logistics/ supply chain/ sales cycle/ fulfilment
Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat half day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
