Handle complete end-to-end execution of MEP projects (HVAC & Fire Fighting).
Plan, execute, monitor and close projects within defined timelines & budgets.
Manage multiple project sites across locations (Pan India).
Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors & subcontractors.
Oversee HVAC system installation, ducting, piping & fire-fighting systems execution.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance & adherence to industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects & internal design teams.
Conduct site visits, project review meetings & progress reporting to management.
Monitor material procurement, vendor coordination & resource planning.
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes & project specifications.
Prepare project schedules, MIS reports, billing coordination & documentation.
Resolve technical and site-level challenges proactively.
