E-Commerce Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven strategic and E Commerce Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive end-to-end e-commerce sales, including product planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment.· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention across online channels.· Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and sales on platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, meesho and Shopify.· Plan and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches to maximize revenue.· Monitor and manage e-commerce platforms' performance, ensuring seamless customer experiences.· Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine sales and marketing strategies.· Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party marketplaces and vendors.· Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.· Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive brand visibility and engagement.· Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, and customer support) to ensure alignment in achieving sales and marketing goals.· Manage budgets for advertising, marketing campaigns, and platform fees, ensuring cost-effectiveness.· Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions for business growth.
Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelors in Btech, BE, or BSc plus Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be preferred.· Fresher or 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing.· Proven track record of managing and growing sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or company-owned websites. · fresher from the premium institute or Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.· Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta and Amazon Seller Central/flipkart seller portal).· Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.· Passion for e-commerce retail and staying updated on industry trends.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
