- Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, specials).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained during service.
- Check on guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle billing and payment procedures accurately.
- Follow hotel/restaurant service standards, grooming policies, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow waiters, stewards, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to supervisors.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the captain or manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
