Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut, Kerala
Salary Package: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and support business growth through effective financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cost control, and assisting management with financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve financial processes.
- Support management with financial analysis and business planning activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve overall financial performance.
- Supervise and guide finance team members when required.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- MBA Finanace
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)
- CA (Chartered Accountant)
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, senior executive, or managerial role preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
- GST Compliance
- Income Tax
- TDS and statutory regulations
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Cost Control and Profitability Analysis
- Experience in the Electronics Retail Industry will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports and financial dashboards.
