An HR recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process. They act as the bridge between an organization and job seekers, handling everything from sourcing and screening talent to negotiating job offers and supporting a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Following up on interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
