Job Description:
We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Executives for our Collection team in Lucknow and Kanpur. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers at their locations and collecting loan/dues on behalf of our client Hero Fincorp Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customers daily for collection of EMIs/dues
- Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports
- Follow up with defaulters through field visits
- Coordinate with the backend team for payment reconciliation
- Ensure timely and target-based collection

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Knowledge of local areas is preferred
- Smartphone with internet access required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
