- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities (UG, PG, Diploma, and certification programs) in countries like Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Europe
- Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capacity to recommend suitable courses and universities
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and post-study work options
- Guide students in selecting the right course, university, and country based on their profile
- Assist students with application procedures, including documentation, SOP (Statement of Purpose), LOR (Letters of Recommendation), and resume preparation
- Coordinate with universities/colleges and follow up on application status
- Support students throughout the admission and visa process
- Advise on English proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE and refer to training if required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Stay updated on immigration policies, education trends, and university requirements
