What You Will Do
- Analyze pricing, margins, profitability, and business performance to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to support pricing decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Leverage data and analytics to support commercial strategies and decision-making.
- Take ownership, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic global environment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 + years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial analytics or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in pricing analysis, profitability assessment, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data tools such as Power BI, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
A Value-based thinking approach to pricing and commercial decisions.

What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience supporting multi-BU or global customer pricing environments.
- Strong exposure to pricing strategy, negotiations, and margin optimization.
- Experience in analytics-driven decision-making, including price erosion, win-rate improvement, and profitability.
- Knowledge of OEM/EMS business models, supply chain, and complex commercial S tructures.
- Experience with PROS, Vendavo, or equivalent pricing software.
