Position Overview
We are looking for an Education Intern with strong academic fundamentals and a genuine interest in guiding students.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong subject knowledge up to Grade 10
- Can explain concepts clearly
- Enjoys working closely with students
- Is disciplined and responsible
You will work directly with students during structured academic sessions and support them in understanding concepts, completing tasks, and maintaining study consistency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Support & Clarification
- Assist students in understanding difficult topics
- Break down complex problems into simple steps
- Encourage logical thinking and step-by-step problem-solving
2. Worksheet & Practice Development
- Create topic-specific worksheets
- Develop structured practice material for weak areas
- Support small assessments and revision exercises
3. Daily Academic Sessions (3 PM – 8 PM)
- Conduct structured academic support sessions
- Maintain a focused and productive study environment
- Address student queries patiently and clearly
4. Personalized Guidance
- Observe individual student strengths and weaknesses
- Help students plan daily tasks
- Support time management and revision planning
5. Progress Monitoring
- Track student work completion
- Assist in maintaining academic records
- Adapt guidance based on student improvement patterns
6. Collaboration & Improvement
- Work with senior faculty to refine worksheets and study plans
- Contribute ideas for improving learning activities
- Participate in continuous improvement of teaching strategies
Requirements
- Strong academic background (any graduate or final-year student)
- Clear understanding of subjects up to Grade 10
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Patient, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Commitment to daily schedule (3 PM – 8 PM)
Preferred
- Prior tutoring or mentoring experience
- Comfort with structured academic environments
- Interest in education as a long-term career
