KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect incoming raw materials and components as per quality specifications and standards.
Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing to ensure product quality and process compliance.
Perform final inspection of finished brass products before dispatch. .
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming products and report them to the concerned department.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, check sheets, and inspection records.
Coordinate with production and store departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
Segregate rejected materials and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Verify product dimensions, surface finish, threading, and other critical parameters as per standards.
Monitor process quality and suggest improvements to reduce rejection and rework.
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments and ensure proper handling of inspection equipment.
Participate in internal quality audits and support implementation of quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and 5S practices in the inspection area.
Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
product quality and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
