An Electrical & Electronics Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical and electronic systems across manufacturing operations.
The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply, maintaining machinery, improving system efficiency, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain electrical systems, panels, and equipment for smooth plant operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and electronic faults in machinery and control systems.
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of motors, drives, transformers, and PLC systems.
Handle breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and production loss Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical systems and automation equipment.
Perform instrumentation and sensor calibration to ensure accurate measurements and process control.
Work on PLC programming and modifications for process improvement and automation Manage and troubleshoot closed-loop feedback control systems.
Diagnose and repair electronic devices and control components.
Maintain documentation of electrical layouts, maintenance logs, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for efficient operations.
Optimize energy consumption and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
Assist in audits and inspections related to electrical systems
Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and industrial electronics Experience with PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and automation systems Understanding of power distribution systems and industrial wiring Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and control systems Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of safety standards and electrical compliance requirements Problem-solving and analytical skills Team coordination and communication abilities Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
