Role : Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Execution & Coordination)
We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive and execution-oriented Executive Assistant.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, following up relentlessly, coordinating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings and daily priorities.
- Track every task assigned by the MD until completion.
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors and customers professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations and MIS in Excel.
- Draft emails, letters and business correspondence.
- Conduct online research and compile meaningful reports.
- Coordinate travel, appointments and important meetings.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Handle administrative and selected personal coordination tasks for the MD.
- Ensure commitments made by various departments are completed within agreed timelines.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant working directly with a Founder, Director or Managing Director.
- Has outstanding follow-up and coordination skills.
- Is highly disciplined, dependable and honest.
- Can manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
- Has excellent spoken and written English.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Is comfortable communicating with senior executives.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Is willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Strong internet research skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
