Purchase Manager – Electrical Trading
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead the procurement function for our Electrical Trading business client. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory planning, and procurement of electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for electrical products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, OEMs, and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with sales, stores, logistics, and finance teams.
- Monitor procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the purchase team.
- Maintain procurement records through ERP/SAP systems.

Requirements
- 9–10 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Electrical Trading or Distribution is mandatory.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in inventory planning and strategic sourcing.
- ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
