Job Title : ROAR Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and sub-stockist networks for business expansion.
- Build strong relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and key decision-makers.
- Drive hospital and institutional sales across assigned therapy areas.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and promotional activities for healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with hospitals and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
- Support onboarding of OEMs and execute go-to-market strategies across assigned regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order management, supply support, and customer servicing.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, training programs, and sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in hospital pharma sales and institutional business development.
- Expertise in dealer onboarding, distributor management, and channel sales.
- Experience handling therapy areas such as Ophthalmology, Human Albumin (IVIG), or Vaccines.
- Strong network with hospitals, healthcare institutes, and purchase managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory-based business growth.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and competition analysis.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good analytical, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
