Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction
- Handle inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
- Monitor sales, billing, and cash management
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost footfall and revenue
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of café POS systems and billing
- Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred
