Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-centric HR Faculty Member to join our management department in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven experience in delivering high-quality academic instruction or corporate training in Human Resource Management. You will be responsible for bridging academic theory with current industry practices, mentoring students, and fostering a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery & Curriculum Support
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures across core HR modules including Strategic HRM, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and HR Analytics.
Design and update course plans, learning materials, case studies, and practical assignments to align with university guidelines and evolving industry trends.
Incorporate interactive teaching methodologies such as group discussions, role-plays, management games, and real-world case analysis.
1. Student Evaluation & Mentorship
Manage student attendance, conduct internal assessments, evaluate exams, and provide constructive feedback on assignments.
Act as an academic mentor and counselor, guiding students through their career goals, internships, and minor/major projects.
Collaborate with the training and placement department to run mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and soft-skills sessions to maximize student employability.
1. Institutional & Administrative Contribution
Actively participate in faculty meetings, internal committees, and academic development initiatives.
Help coordinate institutional events, industry guest lectures, and campus workshops.

Educational Qualifications
MBA/PGDHRM/EXPERIENCE WORKING AS HR AND TOPIC KNOWLEDGE
Experience & Competencies
4 to 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable business school, college, or training academy. Candidates with a blend of corporate HR experience and teaching history are highly welcome.
Strong Subject Expertise: Solid foundational grasp of both theoretical HR concepts and practical statutory compliances.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local language nuances (Malayalam) is beneficial for handling local student cohorts and operations smoothly.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Smart Classroom tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and conducting virtual/hybrid classes if required.
