Pairan Group is hiring a disciplined and commercially capable Sales Executive to support industrial sales, customer coordination, purchase follow-up and stores-related commercial documentation for our circular-economy manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working from an industrial plant environment—not a remote or purely desk-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order coordination for industrial products.
- Support B2B sales development, customer visits and market-intelligence collection.
- Coordinate dispatch planning, invoicing inputs, delivery follow-up and payment/collection reminders.
- Obtain vendor quotations, prepare comparison statements and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate with stores for inward documents, GRN support, stock updates and consumables follow-up.
- Maintain accurate Excel-based MIS, quotation registers, purchase trackers and customer communication records.
- Work closely with accounts, operations, logistics and management for smooth commercial execution.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, purchase, stores, commercial coordination or manufacturing support.
- Qualification: B.Com, BBA, MBA, Diploma, BE/B.Tech or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, fuels, chemicals, engineering, logistics or industrial products is preferred.
- Strong Excel, email drafting and documentation skills are essential.
- Tamil and English communication required; Hindi is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and willingness for local customer/vendor visits preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Perundurai SIPCOT / commute reliably.
