IDEASHACKS VENTURES is building an ecosystem for entrepreneurs through coworking spaces, Virtual Office solutions, startup support services, and business consulting. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and using data to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Improve campaign performance by optimizing ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Create and manage Custom and Lookalike Audiences.
- Monitor search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign automation.
SEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Build quality backlinks through guest posts, business listings, article submissions, forums, and social bookmarking.
- Monitor rankings using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest.
Website & Analytics
- Create and optimize landing pages using WordPress.
- Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API.
- Analyze campaign and website performance to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Automation
- Work with Odoo CRM (preferred).
- Manage lead tracking and marketing workflows.
- Support integrations with Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and Meta Lead Ads.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Lead Generation
- CPL & ROAS
- Campaign Performance
- Organic Traffic
- Keyword Rankings
- Growth Opportunities

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
