Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with good knowledge of the silver and jewellery industry. The candidate should have experience in buying and selling jewellery, silver scrap, old jewellery, and refining-related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit jewellery shops, dealers, wholesalers, and scrap jewellery buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Handle buying and selling of silver jewellery and scrap jewellery.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and close deals effectively.
- Understand silver quality, purity, weight, and market rates.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth transactions and customer follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of the silver and jewellery industry.
- Knowledge of silver scrap and old jewellery buying/selling.
- Understanding of silver purity, refining, melting, and valuation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local jewellery markets and dealers.
- Ability to travel for field visits.
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in jewellery, silver, bullion, scrap jewellery, or related industries preferred.
- Candidates with experience in silver scrap buying, jewellery trading, or refining will be highly preferred.
