Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Paytm

Role Summary
Field Sales Executives at Paytm drive merchant acquisition and activation in their territory. You’ll promote and sell Paytm’s core products like Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC/Card Machine, and other merchant services to small businesses, retailers, and shopkeepers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits to onboard new merchants in assigned area
- Explain and sell Paytm payment solutions and onboard merchants end-to-end
- Ensure timely installation of Soundbox/EDC and train merchants on usage
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition & activation targets
- Address merchant issues, collect feedback, and drive retention
- Maintain daily sales reports and update data in the Paytm app
- Build strong relationships with merchants to increase transactions
Candidate Profile
- Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years in field sales/B2B sales preferred
- Skills: Local language fluency, basic Hindi/English, negotiation skills
- Requirements: Own bike + smart phone, willingness to travel daily
- Traits: Target-oriented, self-starter, good interpersonal skills
- Age Criteria- 19-24 year’s
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to 22000 CTC monthly + Attractive Monthly Incentives

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
