Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IIS DataStage + Python Developer with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere Information Server (IIS), DataStage and Python. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and optimizing enterprise data integration and ETL solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop and maintain DataStage ETL jobs and data pipelines.
Develop Python scripts for data processing and automation.
Work with multiple data sources and integrate data across enterprise systems.
Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data integration issues.
Perform data validation, transformation and quality checks.
Support deployment, production releases and ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects and business teams.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.
Required Skills:-
5–8 years of experience in DataStage / Data Integration.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration.
Strong SQL and database knowledge.
Experience in ETL performance tuning and optimization.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of data quality and validation processes.
Candidates with 0–30 days notice period preferred.
