We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to promote and sell Toyota vehicles through showroom and field marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through field marketing, roadshows, events, and references
- Visit corporate offices, apartments, businesses, and public locations for vehicle promotions
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and exchange offers to customers
- Conduct test drives and support customers throughout the purchase process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for documentation and loan processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports
- Participate in dealership promotional campaigns and exhibitions
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong marketing and negotiation abilities
- Customer relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for field marketing activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or diploma holder
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
- Interest in automobile sales and marketing
Experience
- 0–2 years in automobile sales, direct sales, or field marketing preferred
- 2-Wheeler license MANDATORY.
- Proficiency in Kannada language needed.
Salary
- Fixed salary + incentives + fuel allowance (as per company policy)
