Position: DET – Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for maintenance requirements of the machine shop and ring plant in SAP.
- Support spare parts management and coordinate material follow-up with vendors.
- Assist in maintaining the maintenance records, ISO documentation, and compliance-related documents.
- Record and monitor daily power and water consumption readings.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S practices in maintenance and utility areas.
- Support maintenance-related project activities, including civil, plumbing, and electrical works.
- Assist senior maintenance engineers in daily maintenance planning and execution.
- Follow company safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
