Job Summary
Riseon Global is looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Admin Executive & Telecaller to support daily office operations, handle client communications, and assist in business development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
- Manage daily administrative and office-related tasks.
- Maintain databases, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients and team members.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support management in day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in administration, telecalling, customer service, or front office roles is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales follow-up and customer handling.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
- Social media knowledge is an added advantage.
- Comfortable appearing in company promotional videos, social media content, or presentations is a plus.
